Portal Home Dashboard

Welcome to the ai12z platform portal — your central hub for creating and managing AI-powered chatbots, search functions, and digital assistants. Streamline interactions, enhance user experience, and drive efficiency across your organization.

Overview​

The Dashboard is the command center for all your activities on the ai12z platform. Here, you'll find a streamlined interface that offers quick insights and immediate access to all the platform's primary features.

The left sidebar is your primary navigation tool, offering access to the different sections of the platform:

  • Dashboard: You are here! This is your main view, providing a snapshot of your ongoing operations.
  • Projects: This section allows you to create new projects or manage existing ones. Each project can represent a different copilot for various user interactions.
  • Team: Admin users can manage team permissions and send invitations to prospective team members from here.
  • Billing: Manage Payments, Payment options and Credit cards, and usage statistics, access invoices
  • Organization: If a parner you can create Sub Organizations
  • Organization Settings: Basic information about your organization

The ai12z home page for the Copilot portal prominently features a vertical navigation menu on the left side. This menu includes key sections such as Dashboard, Projects, Team, Billing, and Organization Settings. Each menu item is clearly labeled and easily accessible, providing users with a straightforward way to navigate through the portal. The Dashboard section is highlighted as the current view, giving an overview of the portal's main functions. The Projects section allows users to create and manage projects, while the Team section manages user roles and invites new members. The Billing section handles billing information, and Organization Settings provide access to additional configuration options. This left-side navigation ensures that users can quickly find and access the tools they need to manage their AI-powered projects and teams efficiently.

User Panel​

On the top right, you'll find the user panel, which includes:

  • Profile: Access and edit your user profile, including avatar, personal information, and password settings.
  • Sign Out: Securely log out of the ai12z platform.

The top right menu in the ai12z portal provides user account options. It includes the user's profile picture and name, "Bill Rogers," with a dropdown menu that offers two choices: "Profile," which allows the user to view and edit their personal information, and "Sign out," which logs the user out of the portal. Additionally, there is a "Help" option for accessing support resources and a search icon for quickly finding content within the portal.

Help Panel​

On the top right, you'll find the help panel, which includes:

  • Documentation: Links to product documentaion
  • Support: Alows you to open a support ticket

Support Ticket​

Selecting support opens this dialog where you can open a support ticket. First try using the AI search to ask a question. You do this by clicking on the magnify search icon.

Main Content Area​

The central part of the Dashboard provides a welcome message and quick links to key actions:

  • Projects: Direct link to create or manage your copilot projects.
  • Team: Overview of team management features, accessible to admin users.
