Billing

Overview​

The Billing section of the ai12z platform allows you to manage all financial aspects of your account. From adding funds and updating payment methods to viewing invoices and monitoring your usage, the Billing section provides all the tools you need to effectively manage your account's billing and payment processes.

Accessing the Billing Section​

  1. Login to the ai12z Platform: Use your credentials to log in.
  2. Navigate to Billing: On the left sidebar, click on "Billing" to expand the billing options.

Billing Subsections​

The Billing section is divided into the following subsections:

Payment​

The Payment subsection allows you to add funds to your account balance. You can select the amount you wish to add, choose your preferred payment method, and view an estimate of how many AI requests you can make based on your selected model.

  • Features:
    • Adjust payment amounts using a slider.
    • Select AI models to estimate usage.
    • Enter personal and payment information.
    • Enable auto-charge when your balance falls below a specified amount.

Payment Settings​

In the Payment Settings subsection, you can update your payment details, including adding or modifying your credit card information and setting up auto-charge thresholds.

  • Features:
    • Choose and update your preferred payment method.
    • Enter or modify card details.
    • View your last payment details.
    • Enable and configure auto-charge settings.

Invoices​

The Invoices subsection allows you to view and manage all your invoices. You can see a detailed overview of past transactions, including the date, amount, name, and payment type for each invoice.

  • Features:
    • View a list of all invoices.
    • Access detailed views of each invoice.
    • Navigate through multiple pages of invoices using pagination.

Usage​

The Usage subsection provides detailed insights into your usage statistics, balance, and token consumption across different AI models and services. This helps you monitor your usage, manage your budget, and optimize your AI resource allocation.

  • Features:
    • View balance and threshold amounts.
    • Analyze token consumption for different AI models.
    • Monitor the total number of requests.
    • Use graphs and charts to identify usage trends.

Tips for Managing Your Billing​

  • Set Up Auto-Charge: Enable auto-charge to ensure uninterrupted service by automatically adding funds when your balance falls below a specified amount.

  • Monitor Usage Regularly: Use the Usage subsection to keep track of your consumption and adjust your usage or budget accordingly.

  • Keep Payment Information Updated: Regularly check and update your payment methods in the Payment Settings to avoid any payment issues.

  • Review Invoices: Periodically review your invoices to keep track of your spending and for record-keeping purposes.
