Billing Overview
The Billing area is where you manage your ai12z subscription, monitor usage, and control payment settings. ai12z uses a subscription-based model — you choose a plan based on your expected monthly AI query volume, select an AI model, and your team operates within that plan's limits.
The Pay As You Go plan is for trial and development only. Bots on this plan display a development watermark. A paid subscription is required before going live with a production site. Use the Plan Calculator to find the right plan.
Subscriptions & Plans
Select and manage your plan from the Subscription page. ai12z offers plans for teams of all sizes — from Starter through Enterprise — billed annually. Each plan includes a set number of monthly AI queries, agents, pages, team members, and support level.
You also select your AI model on the Subscription page. Our most popular model is GPT-4.1-mini, which delivers an excellent balance of quality, speed, and cost for most use cases.
Use the built-in Plan Calculator to estimate your monthly query volume based on your annual user sessions (available from Google Analytics) — it recommends the smallest plan that fits your needs.
For partners: If you manage multiple organizations, you can assign a subscription to a sub-organization directly from your partner account. The $10 trial credit applies to the parent organization; sub-organizations share that credit, but adding a new sub-organization does not grant additional trial credit.

Discounts
- Everyone — Quantity-based discounts apply to purchases.
- Partners — Receive the same quantity discount plus an additional partner discount. Partners can also contact ai12z to set up a pre-purchased credit pool — a lump credit balance where each sub-organization subscription is deducted automatically. Credit pool subscriptions qualify for a higher discount rate.
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan or switch to a more powerful AI model at any time. The remaining balance from your current billing period is prorated and applied toward the cost of the new plan or model — you are only charged the difference.

Tips
- Enable auto-charge to avoid service interruption when your balance runs low.
- Review Usage regularly to track spend by organization and model.
- Use the Plan Calculator before upgrading to make sure you're on the right plan for your traffic.
- Keep payment details current in Payment Settings to avoid failed charges.
