Billing Overview

The Billing area is designed for partners who fund and manage spend across multiple customer organizations. Non‑partners can also purchase credits and receive quantity discounts; partners receive those same quantity discounts plus an additional partner discount.

Scope and permissions

  • Single‑organization (non‑partner) account: you are effectively the parent. You can access Payment, Payment Settings, Invoices, and Usage. You will not see sub‑organization filters.
  • Parent (partner) organization: can add funds, manage payment methods, set auto‑charge, and view invoices. Also sees combined and per‑org Usage via an organization filter.
  • Sub‑organizations: can view Usage only; Payment, Payment Settings, and Invoices are hidden.

Discounts

  • Everyone: quantity‑based discounts apply to purchases.
  • Partners: get the same quantity discount plus an additional partner discount. Funding multiple sub‑orgs from one parent typically increases effective volume.

Access

  1. Open the left navigation and expand Billing.
  2. Choose the subsection you need. When available, use the Filter to switch between Overall (Parent + all sub‑orgs) and individual organizations.

Subsections

  • Payment (parent or single‑org): add funds with card or Google Pay, preview estimated questions by model, and optionally enable auto‑charge. See details in Payment.
  • Payment Settings (parent or single‑org): update card and auto‑charge threshold. See Payment Settings.
  • Invoices (parent or single‑org): receipts for purchases made by your account. See Invoices.
  • Usage (all): charts for Cost, Activity (by model/request type), and History Data (account statement). See Usage.

Tips

  • Enable auto‑charge to avoid downtime.
  • Review Usage regularly to track spend by org and model.
  • Keep payment details current in Payment Settings.
