Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup Guide
Single Sign-On (SSO) lets your users sign in to ai12z using your organization's existing identity provider (IdP), such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or Google Workspace.
Instead of managing separate usernames and passwords for ai12z, users authenticate through your company login and are then granted access.
What Is SSO?
SSO is an authentication method that enables one secure login across multiple applications.
With SSO enabled:
- Users log in with their corporate account
- Access policies can be managed centrally by your IT team
- Password handling and account lifecycle are simplified
Why Use SSO?
SSO is commonly used for enterprise security and governance.
Key benefits include:
- Stronger security through centralized identity controls
- Better user experience with fewer login prompts
- Faster onboarding and offboarding tied to your IdP
- Easier compliance and audit readiness
Do You Need SSO?
Not always.
If your team wants a fast and low-effort sign-in option, you can use authentication via Google or Microsoft.
For many teams, this is enough to get started because:
- It is available at no additional setup effort compared to enterprise SSO
- Users can sign in quickly with existing Google or Microsoft accounts
- No custom SSO configuration with IT is required
You should consider full SSO when your organization needs centralized identity governance, enforced access policies, or formal compliance controls.

Common Questions
Can I set this up myself from the UI?
SSO enablement requires backend configuration and validation, so it is handled with support.
Will users lose access during setup?
Support will coordinate timing and testing to minimize disruption before SSO is enforced.
Can we test with a subset of users first?
Yes. Ask support about a staged rollout approach during your setup request.
Is there extra cost?
SSO requires a Business subscription or higher, plus the ai12z branding package because SSO requires a unique URL.
