How to Use This Deck
important
This page is for the presenting agency only. Don't show it to the client — start the live presentation at Slide 1: Cover.
What This Is
A 12-slide outline for presenting ai12z's AI Search & Digital Assistant capabilities to a client — the client-facing companion to the Facilitator Guide. Each page here is one slide: on-screen content up top, speaker notes at the bottom.
Before You Present
- Complete Discovery & Scoping first. This deck assumes you already know which engagement tier (Crawl / Walk / Run) you're likely recommending — Slide 5 is written to be filled in per client, not generic.
- Have a live demo ready. Slide 6 is a transition point out of the deck and into a live portal demo — see Your Working Session for how to run it.
- Swap the placeholders —
[Client Name]and[Agency Name]throughout, and the tier-specific details on Slides 5 and 11.
What to Customize vs. What to Keep
