What Is the ai12z Retention Policy?​

ai12z has a 1-year retention policy for stored question-and-answer conversation data.

This means data related to user questions and generated answers is retained for up to 12 months, unless you remove it earlier.

Your Data Controls​

You can manage your retained data at any time:

  • Download data when needed for reporting, compliance, or internal records
  • Delete data at any time based on your internal data governance requirements

PHI/PII Filtering Option​

ai12z can enable PHI/PII filtering to help reduce sensitive health or personal information exposure in stored content.
