This release introduces AI Referral Analytics, expands the AEO/GEO Suite with Keyword Visibility and Citation Monitor reporting and citation snapshots, adds Storyblok, Drupal, and SharePoint connectors, and delivers significant admin dashboard, billing, and content-ingestion improvements.

  • AI Referral Analytics: New AI Referral Analytics page that shows how visitors are referred from AI assistants and search engines, with filtering by referral type, engine, country, and UTM parameters, plus a dedicated referrals view.
  • Keyword Visibility & Citation Monitor Reports: Manage keyword lists and citation lists to generate Keyword Visibility and Citation Monitor reports, tracking how your brand appears across AI answer engines.
  • Citation Snapshots in Usage Reports: Claude and Bing model usage reports now include citation snapshots for a clearer view of where and how your content is cited.
  • Storyblok Connector: New Storyblok connector with initial sync for stories and assets (including PDF content) and secure signing-secret configuration.
  • Drupal Connector: New dedicated Drupal connector with automatic discovery of the site's content types.
  • SharePoint Connector: New SharePoint connector that ingests content from a configured monitored site.
  • Bot Config Panels: New panel feature for bot configuration, letting you add and manage custom panels within a bot.

Enhancements​

  • Admin Dashboard: New admin dashboard tabs and a conversations view for insight data, making it easier to explore usage and engagement.
  • Analytics Experience: Larger analytics page size, clearer engine filter labels, and a conversation dialog on raw events for faster investigation.
  • Invoicing Accuracy: Invoices are now automatically regenerated when the tax, plan, organization, or pay-as-you-go credit changes, so customers always receive an accurate, up-to-date invoice.
  • Pay-As-You-Go Invoicing: Pay-as-you-go accounts can now be billed by invoice, with consent handling for invoice-paid usage.
  • Plan Picker: Refreshed plan picker features and clearer recommended-plan handling.
  • GEO/AEO Report Access: GEO/AEO report generation is now gated by subscription, with clear messaging for accounts that need to upgrade.
  • Connector Reliability: More reliable connector settings saving and clearer error messaging for the WordPress connector.
  • Large Knowledge Bases: Added a warning before large ingestion limits are reached, so you're notified before hitting boundaries.

This release adds engagement beacons across the bot, CTA, and Knowledge Box controls, introduces business-hours-aware menus, redesigns the CTA search experience, and improves Salesforce live-agent reliability and mobile Safari support.

New Features​

  • Engagement Beacons: The Bot, CTA, and Knowledge Box controls now create an engagement beacon when a conversation starts, enabling richer analytics and AI referral tracking.
  • Business-Hours Menus: Control menus can now be shown or hidden based on business hours, so visitors only see options that are currently available.
  • Redesigned CTA Search: The CTA search experience has been redesigned with a keyboard-accessible, themeable options menu.
