This release introduces the Contentful connector, expands AI Referral Analytics with a conversations view, referral search, and social-source tracking, opens the AEO/GEO Suite to Growth plans, and delivers improvements across billing, team management, and connector configuration.

New Features​

  • Contentful Connector: New Contentful connector with a dedicated configuration screen — enter your space ID and environment, supply the delivery and management tokens, choose which content types to index, and configure the webhook in one step. Entries and assets stay in sync as content is published, unpublished, or deleted.
  • Conversations in AI Referral Analytics: AI Referral Analytics adds a conversations tab, so you can move from a referral event to the conversation it produced.
  • Referral Search & Social Sources: The referrals view now supports search, with clearer engine-type descriptions and a new social source category alongside AI assistants and search engines.
  • AEO/GEO Suite on Growth Plans: AEO/GEO reports are now available on Growth plans and higher — previously Business and above — and the plan calculator reflects the new entitlement.
  • Team Role Defaults: New users now join as Admin by default, with clearer role selection when changing a teammate's role and an explanatory note on the home page.

Enhancements​

  • Readable Engine Breakdown: The AI referral engine chart now groups low-volume engines into a single Other slice while the legend continues to list every engine, keeping the chart readable for sites with many referring engines.
  • Consistent Date Ranges: Unified date-range handling across the insights, documents, content-quality, and analytics views.
  • Sticky Welcome Setting: New keep welcome visible option in the bot and search-result configurations, so the welcome message stays on screen during a conversation.
  • Billing & Credits: Clearer subscription and auto-recharge warnings, validation of minimum pay-as-you-go amounts and auto-recharge thresholds, correct discount application on credit purchases and invoices, and accurate usage totals across parent and sub-accounts.
  • Renewal & Plan Notices: Accounts now receive a 30-day renewal reminder, and Starter accounts receive migration notices ahead of moving to Growth.
  • Duplicate Webhook Deliveries: Repeated webhook deliveries from a CMS are now collapsed into a single ingestion, preventing duplicate content updates.
  • Connector Configuration: More reliable Contentstack configuration — including re-entering a management token and correct handling of the description field, with secrets kept redacted — plus clearer error messages when a CMS returns an error page instead of content.
  • Preview Sizing: The configuration preview now scales with the browser window, removing empty space on larger screens.
  • Beacon Controls: The disable-beacon option is now available consistently across the bot, Knowledge Box, and search configurations.
  • Job Reliability: Ingestion and report jobs are protected against duplicate submission when a request is retried.
  • Privacy & Isolation: Strengthened organization-level scoping on insight, document, and vector operations, along with additional security response headers.

This release brings HTML headings and a sticky welcome to the CTA and Search Result controls, extends the beacon with a disable property, social-source detection, and conversation linking, and adds menu positioning control for input options.

New Features​

  • Sticky Welcome & Expanding Input: The CTA and Search Result controls now support a sticky welcome message and an expanding text area, so the prompt and input stay in view as visitors type.
  • Rich CTA Headings: The CTA control accepts a sanitized HTML heading template, allowing formatted headings while keeping the markup safe to render.
  • Beacon Disable Property: The beacon component adds a disable property, and the setting is honored across every control surface, including the bot's first exchange.
  • Social Source Detection: The beacon now recognizes social as a source type and detects additional search engines, using a curated domain list for broader coverage.
  • Menu Positioning: A new openMenuUpward property controls whether an options menu opens above or below the input — useful for controls placed near the bottom of a page.

Enhancements​

  • Conversation Linking: Beacons now carry a beacon ID through conversation tracking, so referral events can be tied to the conversations they start.
  • Attribution Accuracy: Engine detection now prioritizes exact hostname matches, reducing misattributed visits.

This release substantially expands the Consolidated Action Plan in the GEO Suite, adds graceful content-filter handling to chat responses, and raises ingestion throughput for large content batches.

New Features​

  • Expanded Consolidated Action Plan: The Consolidated Action Plan now draws recommendations from every report in the GEO Suite. Newly included are poorly answered themes, "I don't know" themes, competitive-intent gaps, and citation-phrase suggestions from Q&A Analysis; meta-tag, call-to-action, structured-data, and entity-density recommendations from URL Analysis; named weakest pages from the Site-Wide Sweep; competitor share-of-voice and Google-only queries from the Citation Monitor; and conversational-query depth and amplification gaps from Keyword Visibility.
  • More Complete Plans: Each source report now contributes up to 30 items instead of 10, so recommendations from later sections are no longer cut off — and the exported PDF reflects the fuller plan.
  • Smarter Duplicate Detection: Recommendations that restate the same task in different words are now merged, while genuinely distinct items — individual FAQ questions, separate themes, and per-page or per-query findings — are kept separate.

Enhancements​

  • Content Filter Handling: Chat responses now handle content-filter results from the model provider gracefully, returning a clear message instead of an error.
  • Higher Ingestion Throughput: Document loaders for PDF, JSON, DOCX, CSV, Excel, Markdown, email, video, and web pages now process far more documents concurrently, so large uploads no longer stall.
  • Streaming Stability: More resilient handling of streamed model responses.
