November 2026

Release Notes: Platform

Version: 3.10.0
Date: Nov 2, 2026

This release introduces Run All GEO Reports, the Action Plan Dashboard, and the GEO Insights Bot, adds credit-based billing with free-trial credits, and brings a Transform tab to documents, along with improvements to project export, agent automation, and usage reporting.

New Features

  • Run All GEO Reports: A new wizard on the GEO Suite dashboard collects your company, market, keyword, citation, and competitor details once, then starts every report your plan includes in a single run. A status notice on the dashboard follows the run as each report completes. Available to organization owners and admins. See Run All GEO Reports.
  • Action Plan Dashboard: A new dashboard brings the action items from every GEO report into one prioritized, deduplicated list for planning and client reporting, filtered by date range. See Action Plan Dashboard.
  • GEO Insights Bot: Ask questions about your GEO results in a conversation. The bot, found under AI Discoverability, answers from the reports in your AI Visibility Suite. See GEO Insights Bot.
  • Latest Insight Analysis: Insights that have already been analyzed now show the most recent Analyze result, so you can review it without running the analysis again.
  • Document Transform Tab: Documents ingested with a Python Transform now have a Transform tab showing the transform that was applied. The tab appears only when a transform is attached.
  • Credit-Based Billing & Free Trials: Organizations on credit-based billing now see balances, free-trial credits, and trial length in credits (for example, 1,000 credits for 30 days). Credit purchases and the plan calculator show the dollar-to-credit conversion. Dollar-based organizations are unchanged.
  • Salesforce Authentication Options: The Salesforce integration in the agent builder adds an Auth Strategy setting: username, password, and security token, or client credentials.

Enhancements

  • Higher GEO Limits: Keyword and citation lists now hold up to 1,000 terms, and the Citation Monitor tracks up to 1,000 citations on every plan.
  • Run All Reports Setup: The brand name and domain are saved correctly, and draft keyword and citation lists are created as you move through the wizard.
  • Project Export & Import: Exports now include Python Transforms, so imported websites keep their transforms. Content imported from another organization is re-embedded under the receiving organization, and exporting a large project no longer slows the portal.
  • Agent Creation Automation: When a website blocks brand-guideline generation or ingestion, automatic agent creation still builds the bot welcome screen. You can prepare a demo and ingest the content separately with the Local Crawler or a connector.
  • MCP Tools: In the agent builder, Find Tools on an MCP integration now keeps your selected tool, and resets it only when the server URL or headers change.
  • AI Referral Analytics: Engine charts handle sites with very large numbers of referring engines, and unusual engine names no longer break the analytics view.
  • Usage & Billing: A corrected overall view on the usage dashboard, usage values rounded to three decimals, a clearer remaining balance label, and discounts applied correctly to credit purchases. New organizations see their draft and open invoices, and the organization list no longer shows a plan when billing details fail to load.
  • Usage Costing: Usage is now costed for knowledge-base, prompt, and other model-backed operations based on the model and tokens used, and storage costs are no longer counted twice.
  • Organization Settings: Organization info now shows an estimated vector count, and editing a sub-account keeps its parent organization.
  • Organization Email Templates: Generating templates from Settings → Edit Email Templates works on the new AI services.
  • GEO Suite Dashboard: The Export button has been removed from the GEO Suite dashboard.
  • Sign-Up on Small Screens: The sign-up page now shows the form first on phones and small screens.
  • Security & Privacy: Stronger organization-level checks on bot configuration, billing, and credit operations, stricter validation of sign-in hosts, credentials redacted from server logs, removal of unused endpoints, and updated third-party dependencies.

Release Notes: Web Controls

Version: 3.18.1
Date: Nov 2, 2026

This release connects the web controls to ai12z's new AI services, adds a GEO bot mode to the bot control, and makes streamed answers and message sending more reliable.

New Features

  • New AI Services: In production, the controls now connect to ai12z's next-generation AI services, with the previous services kept available as a fallback.
  • GEO Bot Mode: A new botType property lets the bot control run as the GEO Insights Bot.
  • Answer Directives on the New Services: Directives such as live agent handoff and show or hide input now work when controls are connected to the new AI services.

Enhancements

  • Longer Answers: The bot now waits up to 120 seconds for a streamed answer to finish, and ignores fragments that arrive after an answer has ended.
  • Message Validation: The bot no longer sends empty or whitespace-only messages, and a new message can't be sent while an answer is still streaming.
  • Business Hours: Business-hours checks treat an unrecognized weekday as closed instead of failing.
  • Security: Updated the template library to a patched version.

Release Notes: AI Services

Version: 3.10.0
Date: Nov 2, 2026

This release moves chat, ingestion, and GEO processing onto ai12z's new AI services, adds a live citation landscape to the Prospect Snapshot and content-filter alert emails, and fixes a wide range of ingestion and GEO report issues.

New Features

  • Next-Generation AI Services: Chat, ingestion, and GEO report processing now run on ai12z's new AI services. Models are managed centrally, with automatic fallback when a model or region is unavailable.
  • Live Citation Landscape in the Prospect Snapshot: The snapshot's competitive citation landscape is now measured, not estimated. It checks 10 buyer queries on ChatGPT, Bing, Claude, Gemini, and Google, and shows which competitors each engine names instead of the prospect. Two new PDF pages present the results, and the pages missing from earlier snapshots are restored. See Prospect Snapshot.
  • Content-Filter Alert Emails: When the model provider's content filter blocks a response, the organization's admins and owner can receive an alert email with the filter type, conversation ID, and transcript. Alerts are sent only when content-filter reporting is enabled, are rate-limited, and are no longer sent for responses that passed the filter.
  • Run All GEO Reports: Each report in a run is processed as its own step, with checkpoints and automatic retry, so a failed step resumes without rerunning the whole set. Only one run per domain can be active at a time.
  • GEO Insights Bot: Answers questions from your GEO reports, loading report context in pages so large report sets still fit.

Enhancements

  • Answer Caching: Repeated questions are answered from a cache that expires after one hour. Answers that depend on the date or time are cached per timezone and day.
  • Advanced Mode Crawling: Advanced Mode crawling works again with ai12z's updated scraping provider, and GEO reports try three page-fetch methods for sites that block standard requests.
  • Sitemap Detection: Agent Readiness and the Prospect Snapshot now read sitemaps that declare the wrong encoding, and the report explains why when a sitemap can't be read.
  • GEO Reports: Q&A Analysis now runs for new projects that have no insights yet, the Trend report completes reliably, and Keyword Visibility records one keyword usage entry per question instead of full bot usage.
  • Insight Analysis: Analyze now reviews the full prompt, system instructions, and answer instead of a shortened version.
  • Answer Quality Scoring: Quality scores now cover Q&A answers, are calculated in the background without delaying responses, and use GPT-4.1 mini.
  • QA Test Plans: Test plans with older results load correctly.
  • Ingestion: Markdown files, emails, WAV audio, and Salesforce and S3 PDFs ingest correctly, and text files with non-UTF-8 encodings are read. The ai12z user agent setting now takes effect, file downloads retry on temporary errors, and empty queries are handled gracefully.
  • Connectors: Connector content now carries images and attributes, deleting a connector asset removes its page signals, failed connector ingestions are reported as failures, and large Sitefinity page updates no longer fail.
  • Agents & Integrations: Template-based integrations render correctly, test data can be created for template-type agents, forms built by an integration render, MCP integrations work on the new services, Google Maps errors are clearer, and Salesforce case updates are limited to permitted fields.
  • Security & Privacy: Bot configuration lookups are scoped to the caller's project and organization, credentials are kept out of logs, and third-party dependencies have been updated.
