The Agenda
A run of show for a 45–60 minute scoping and demo session.
0–10 · Why This Matters Now
Goal: Land the discovery-to-engagement narrative before touching any tool.
Talk track: Use the Then/Now shift and the adoption numbers from Why This Matters Now. If the client already went through the Get Found in AI Search program, reference their own baseline directly: "we already know AI assistants are sending you real traffic: this is about what that visitor experiences once they land."
10–20 · Discovery
Goal: Walk the Discovery & Scoping questions live with the client's team in the room. If most answers come back "we're not sure yet," that's itself a signal to start at Crawl and let the later questions answer themselves once something real is live.
20–40 · Live Demo
Goal: Show, don't describe. Demo the surface that matches the tier discovery is pointing toward.
On screen: The Deployment Surface that fits: a Knowledge Box or Modal for a likely Crawl engagement, a full Bot for Walk, a Bot plus a live integration example for Run. Use the fallback demo pattern unless you have the client's own content already ingested.
Talk track: Narrate what's happening behind the answer (which content it pulled from, whether it's RAG-only or also called a tool) so the client understands the mechanism, not just the output. This is the moment The ai12z Advantage's RAG-vs-ReAct distinction actually lands.
40–50 · Recommendation & Roadmap
Goal: Turn discovery and the demo reaction into a concrete recommendation: matched to what was learned in discovery, not to whichever tier made the flashiest demo.
On screen: The deliverable template: recommended tier, surface, content source, integrations, timeline, owners.
Talk track: Confirm the client-side owners named in discovery, and schedule the kickoff for whichever tier was recommended. See Close & Next Steps for the full checklist.
