Integrations & Actions
This is the ReAct half of the platform — where an answer stops being enough and the assistant actually does something.
Out-of-the-Box Integrations
Ready to connect with minimal setup: CRMs, stock and weather data, email, SMS, Google Maps and Google Places, and more. See Out of the Box Integrations for the full list and setup.
Custom Integrations
For anything not covered out of the box, build a custom integration through a webhook that can call any JSON REST API or GraphQL endpoint — full control over authentication, request mapping, and response handling. See Custom Integration Overview.
MCP: Model Context Protocol
ai12z is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) client — it can connect to thousands of MCP-compatible tools without a custom integration having to be built for each one, while still supporting fully custom webhook integrations where MCP doesn't cover a specific system. See MCP Overview and MCP Setup.
Forms Engine
Every conversation can become genuinely two-way with the Forms engine: multi-page forms, auto-populated fields, dynamic time slots and workflows, tooltips, and a range of input types — built visually or generated faster with Vibe Coding. Forms connect to backend systems for real-time actions, not just data collection.
Commerce Assistant
For commerce clients, ai12z can bring AI-powered product discovery into the shopping experience — natural-language product search, comparisons, recommendations, and moving from discovery to purchase faster, displayed as product cards, carousels, or scrollable lists. This is built on the same custom-integration and MCP foundation described above, connecting to platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce — see Shopify and MCP for a worked example of the pattern.
Geolocation Services
Location-aware answers — nearest store, branch, dealer, or service location, with hours, distance, available services, and directions — integrating with Google Maps and Google Places. See Geolocation for a full walkthrough. Useful for retail, field service, branch networks, dealer locators, and campus experiences.
