Overview

The Agent Dashboard is the operational hub for each Agent within the ai12z platform. It provides a real-time snapshot of your Agent’s performance, activity, and key metrics, while offering quick access to critical configuration and content management tools.

Receive real-time alerts that highlight performance issues, errors, or items that require administrative attention.

The Dashboard serves as your launch point for more advanced configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting tasks.


Left-Hand Navigation Menu

The left-hand navigation menu provides access to all the tools you need to build, manage, and refine your Agent. Here’s an overview of each section:

📄 Documents

Central repository for all content used by your AI Agent. Supported content sources include:

  • Websites
  • File uploads (PDF, DOCX, TXT, etc.)
  • URLs (e.g., YouTube links)

📚 Knowledge Base

Add or manage Q&A pairs to supplement your AI’s training. Ideal for addressing gaps identified through user interactions. You can manually add entries or import them in bulk.

📝 Prompts

Configure the Answer AI system prompt to define the tone, personality, and behavior of your Agent. This is the business-user-friendly way to shape how your AI responds.

📊 Data

View detailed records of past interactions, including answers generated by ReAct, associated metadata, and user feedback.

📂 Logs

Access system logs to review processing errors, integration failures, or AI behavior for debugging purposes.

🔌 Custom Integrations

Create and manage custom REST API endpoints to enable your Agent to connect with external systems and services.

✅ Test Plans

Define and run quality assurance tests across Agents to validate the reasoning engine’s consistency and performance.

🧾 Forms

Use the drag-and-drop form builder to create input forms. These forms can be used to collect user data, submit workflows, or trigger integrations.

📈 Analytics

Visualize interaction trends, usage metrics, and performance data over any selected time range to assess how your Agent is being used.

🧪 Test Drive

Test your Agent’s functionality in a simulated environment before going live. Use this to validate prompt behavior, integrations, and responses.
