Test Drive

Overview

The Test Drive section of ai12z is designed to simulate the experience users will have with the AI Agent. It provides a safe environment to evaluate the Agents's response accuracy and effectiveness before it interacts with end users.

The interface includes a left-hand navigation bar with options such as 'All Agents', 'Dashboard', 'Documents', 'Knowledge Base', 'Prompts', 'Data', 'Analytics', and 'Test Drive', which is currently highlighted. The main area of the screen is dedicated to the 'Test Drive' feature where users can experience the AI Agent by asking questions and receiving answers. There's a section titled 'Share a link' with a URL provided and a 'Copy Link' button next to it. Below, there is an input field labeled 'Ask a new question...' with an 'Ask AI' button, accompanied by a prompt instructing users to type in their question and click the button for an AI-powered search answer.

How to Access Test Drive

Navigate to the Test Drive, click the Test Drive button clicking the button for Test drive lauches the model to ask a question and see items as you type

Here, you can enter questions to see how the AI Agent responds in real scenarios.

Using Test Drive

Interacting with the AI

  • As you type in your question, relevant documents are retrieved to assist the answer.
  • Clicking Enter, or the afubmit icon, AI will process your question and provide you with an answer, simulating a real user experience.

Follow-Up Questions

  • The Test Drive supports follow-up questions, allowing for a conversational interaction to test the AI's understanding of context and continuity in dialogue.

Real-Time Responses

  • Observe the AI's responses in real time to assess its speed and accuracy, providing valuable feedback on its performance.

Document Retrieval as You Type

  • As you type your questions, the AI retrieves documents. It is when you click the Ask AI button is when GenAI will formulate a response

Note on AI Responses

The AI Agent is designed to avoid making up answers when the content is outside the scope of its knowledge. For example, it will respond with "I don't know" to questions like "What is the weather in Boston?" This ensures the AI does not provide incorrect or fabricated information.
