The ai12z Toolbox
You don't need to demo all fourteen tools in sequence during a live session — that turns a working session into a product tour. Use this page as the reference you take back to your desk, and in the live session, only surface the tool that's directly relevant to whatever gap just came up.
The Fourteen Tools
| Tool | Answers | Track | When to Reach for It |
|---|---|---|---|
| Citation Monitor | Are ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude actually citing this brand — or a competitor? | Both | After content fixes ship, to prove real-world citation impact |
| URL Analysis | Is this one specific page structured for AI citation? | Both | After a weak page is identified, for a deep 19-section audit |
| Agent-Readiness Audit | Can AI crawlers even reach and parse the site? | Both | Before any content-quality work — a technical gate that blocks everything else |
| Site-Wide Sweep | Which pages, across the whole site, are structurally weakest? | Both | Before running URL Analysis one page at a time — triage first |
| AI Footprint | Does AI know who this brand is, consistently, across every platform? | Both | Quarterly, or whenever brand identity feels fragmented across channels |
| Web Content Quality | Which specific ingested page is weak, before running a full audit on it? | Both | Live, always-current — check before deciding what to run URL Analysis against |
| Keyword Visibility | How well does the brand answer both short-form and conversational versions of a target question? | Existing Customer, or Prospect with a trial bot | When testing specific target keywords rather than organic chatbot questions — and again, against the same list, after any CMS content update |
| Consolidated Action Plan | What's the single ranked to-do list across every report run so far? | Both | After running two or more reports — never as a first step |
| Q&A Analysis | What are customers actually asking, and how well does the brand answer? | Existing Customer only | The natural starting point once real conversation history exists |
| Q&A Insights | Which specific conversation is behind a weak score, and did it come from an AI referral? | Existing Customer only | Live, always-current — spot-check a specific answer without waiting for a full run |
| AI Referral Analytics | Is any of this driving real, measurable traffic? | Existing Customer only | Ongoing — it's a live dashboard, not a generated report |
| GEO Trend Comparison | Is the brand improving, and against which specific metric? | Existing Customer only | After at least two Q&A Analysis runs exist |
| Citation Manager | Where do the tracked citation queries come from, and how are they reused? | Both | Whenever building or refreshing a Citation Monitor query set |
| Keyword Manager | Same question, for Keyword Visibility's tracked terms | Existing Customer, or Prospect with a trial bot | Whenever building or refreshing a Keyword Visibility term set |

Two Tools That Aren't "Reports" — And Why That Matters
Point this out explicitly to your client, because it's easy to gloss over: Citation Manager and Keyword Manager are not reports. They're the list-management layer underneath Citation Monitor and Keyword Visibility — the mechanism that makes re-testing possible at all. Without a saved, named, reusable list, "re-run the same test" doesn't mean anything, because there's no "same" to re-run. This is the toolbox's quiet answer to the measurement loop category from the Optimization Playbook.
The Live Signal Reports
Three screens in the toolbox are never "generated" — they're just always current: AI Referral Analytics, Q&A Insights, and Web Content Quality. Mention that distinction to the client early, so nobody goes looking for a "Generate Report" button that doesn't exist on any of them.
They exist to answer "which specific one?" after a generated report already said "something's off." Q&A Analysis flags a weak theme — Q&A Insights shows the exact conversation. Site-Wide Sweep flags a weak site average — Web Content Quality shows the exact page. AI Referral Analytics shows a traffic aggregate — Q&A Insights shows the exact visitor. None of the three replace the reports they drill into; they're the zoom lens sitting next to them, useful between sessions when a client asks "can you check something specific" and you don't want to wait on a new report run.
The Screen That Ties Them Together
Worth naming for your own reference even though it's not one of the fourteen: the GEO Suite Dashboard pulls the headline signal from most of these tools onto one screen with a shared date range and period-over-period deltas. It's the right screen to open at the start of a session with an Existing Customer client (to show where they stand today) and the right screen to return to a month later (to show what moved).
